Happy Holidays!!

Hello all!! Haven't been able to blog in quite a while since I haven't set up a dsl line in my home to surf the net and whatnot. I am now using my wife's lap top and connecting to someone's network nearby. yeah yeah, I know. So sue me.

As the Christmas Holidays approaches, I've felt the need to come back and start blogging again. This is my favorite time of the year. I love being able to decorate the house, going through my favorite tradition me and wife created of watching 1 Christmas movie everyday from Dec 1-25, walking through the malls and seeing everyone go nuts shopping for their loved ones. It'll be our first Christmas in our first new home. But this year has an added bonus. My mother was out of town visiting my brother in Tennessee and was planning on staying over there until the new year but due to personal reasons I won't disclose here, my mother is back in town and my brother is going to come down here for a few days a few days before Christmas. He won't be here on the 25th unfortunately but I guess you take what you get. I don't know where he will be staying so I discussed it over with the missus and offered my place for him and his 3 kids to stay. I know the kids will be happy because I have all the toys I know they'd enjoy: a Sony PS3 and a PSP, a Nintendo Wii and a obscene amount of games and movies.

In a nutshell, this is what's happened in the last few months. My wife and I were separated for about 2 months, moved in with my brother for about 2 months, got a job at Carnival Cruise Lines, got back with the wife, moved into our first place (conviniently across the street from my daughter's school and huge park), still have my great paying job, and now get to experience Christmas without the hassle of going to my family's Christmas dinner party and walking into a fist fight or something to that extent.

Anywho, I have a few things to do before going to work so I'll catch up with you guys later. I'll leave you with this kick ass video by Spineshank, song is called "smothered"
